Delete your COMMS account

You can permanently delete your account yourself. Sign in, open My account and choose Delete my account in the left column. No support request is needed. This works in a browser without installing the app.

Forgot your password? Reset it first to verify ownership.

What is removed?

Your login, team access, message content and attachments, private chats, support history, feedback and notification registration. Anonymous deletion markers may remain so other people’s replies still make sense.

If you are a team’s only admin

Choose another member as admin, or separately confirm deletion of the entire team by typing its name. Deleting the team removes its groups and shared content for everyone. Other members keep their personal accounts.

What may remain?

Shared company information remains unless you delete its team. Existing backups, emails already delivered and copies saved by others are not immediately erased. See our Privacy Policy for retention details.
